University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point | Joshua.Horn@uwsp.edu
I received my Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Kentucky. I taught at UK, Eastern Kentucky University, and Morehead State University, before coming to UWSP in 2013. In 2019, I was granted tenure and promoted to Associate Professor.

I specialize in 17th and 18th century philosophy, and especially on the thought of Spinoza and Leibniz. In addition to interests in early modern philosophy, I maintain an active interest in contemporary analytic metaphysics and philosophy of mind in the fields of modality, causation, free will, philosophy of religion, and cognitive science.
